This is a unique opportunity for college athletes currently in the transfer portal who are looking to showcase their skills directly in front of high-level college coaches. The event also welcomes potential professional players to gain first-hand exposure to professional-level coaches in a true match-play environment.

This showcase is ideal for:

• Transfer portal athletes who are lacking recent footage or want to showcase their talent.

• Student athletes who are in the transfer portal and want identification opportunities in front of NCAA coaches.

All matches are played 11v11, giving players a realistic, competitive setting that mirrors the professional level—while ensuring every moment is captured on film for recruiting and scouting purposes.

This is event is hosted by: TheProPlayerSoccer.com, and it's founder David Gough. David holds a Masters Degree in Performance Coaching, a former University Professor, a UEFA A license coach with over 25 years experience on the grass. He won a  Bronze Medal at the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup with during a 3 year stint with the Senior England Women's National Team. He also spent 2 years coaching the Jamaican Women's National Team prior to and during the pandemic. David went to his second World Cup in the Dominican Republic in 2024 when he was asked to join the technical staff for the u17 England Women's Youth National Team.

His coaching resume is unrivaled in professional, International and NCAA Women's college soccer. He has spent the last 10 years engrossed in women's soccer as an ECNL Director and at colligate level, a former NWSL coach with FC Kansas City. He also benefits from extensive experience as an NCAA women's college coach himself (46:29:7) [56% win rate] with Arkansas (SEC) and Oklahoma (Big 12). In 2023 he helped recruit the #12 class in the country and even better in 2024, he was part of recruiting the #7 class in the country to Norman, OK. His passion is helping players find their path to personal success on and off the pitch. 

The Pro-Player, Pathway to Pro & College Transfer Combine was designed to give talented athletes a greater opportunity for the exposure needed in order to find success.
